Head to Speech Canceling

Head to Speech, Incorporated, DBA, Head to Speech Academy reserves the right to cancel the course, program or event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, Head to Speech Academy will issue a full refund of the registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course, program or event. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, in the event that an in-person course, program or event is canceled, refunds are not given for travel arrangements. For university or professional development courses, registered participants, may be entitled to a refund depending on the date of withdrawal. If the course is canceled (for example, due to insufficient enrollment), registration fees paid by participants will be refunded in full. Graduate level registration fees paid to the university are non-refundable.

Registrants Canceling

Registrants canceling outside of two weeks (14 calendar days) of the course may receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee, transfer to another course without penalty or keep a credit with us for a future course without penalty. Please note that course credits are non-refundable. Registrants canceling within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the course are not eligible to receive any refunds. Registrants have the option to transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course, both of which are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please note that course credits are non-refundable. Registrants who do not show up for a course have 1 week (7 calendar days) after the course to notify us their absence. At that time, registrants have the option to transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course, both of which are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not notify us of their absence within the allotted 7 days will forfeit all funds. Please note that course credits are nonrefundable.

Complaint Policy

If you are not satisfied after participating in one of our courses, programs or events, let us know in writing within 7 days, and we will issue a credit voucher for you or anyone in your network (e.g., facility, business, organization, university, interprofessional team or community collective) to use towards another course, program, event or online product.
