We collect only the minimum data needed to provide the services ordered and provide customer service correspondence. For example, if you are taking a course and want to receive ASHA credit, we have to ask for your first and last name, mailing address, email address, State and licensure and certification number(s), ASHA ID number, supervisor name and ASHA account number if you are a Clinical Fellow, University name and expected graduate date if you are a graduate student in speech-language pathology or audiology, and amount of CE credit earned because it is required by ASHA. In order to make improvements to our site, we may gather information that helps show how customers use the site. For example, we might do research to determine which areas are accessed most frequently. This information is analyzed only in aggregate and not at the individual level. Personal information, such as name and email address, is NOT included in the analysis.
